Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, scarves)

  • Undergarments or innerwear

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Once approved, please ship the item back to our return address (provided by our team).

  5. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (where applicable) or as store credit, based on your preference.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer size or product exchanges if the requested item is in stock.
In case your desired size or item is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll prioritize your replacement or refund immediately — at no extra cost.
